Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Stream OS, a hosted web and Windows software service for managing streaming tools and team workspaces. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

2. Service and third-party integrations

Stream OS connects to third-party products such as Twitch, OBS, Streamlabs, Nightbot, and Streamer.bot. Those services remain governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Stream OS is an independent product and is not endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.

3. Subscription and trial

Stream OS Pro is offered at USD 10 per month, excluding any tax added by the payment provider. Eligible new workspace owners receive a seven-day free trial. After the trial, protected features require an active subscription or an exemption granted by the Stream OS administrator. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal from the billing management link when available. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting or disconnecting a third-party integration does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

5. Team workspaces

The subscription follows the workspace owner. A moderator may access an owner's workspace only within the role permissions granted by that owner. A moderator's personal workspace has its own subscription status. Owners are responsible for the people they invite and may remove access at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Stream OS, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription enforcement, interfere with other users, distribute malware, abuse third-party APIs, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

7. Availability and updates

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, network failures, and changes to third-party APIs may affect availability.

8. Ownership

Stream OS and its original software, design, and documentation remain the property of the Stream OS operator. You retain ownership of your content and account data. You grant only the limited permissions needed to process that data and provide the service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing commands before controlling a live broadcast. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stream OS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, missed broadcasts, or failures caused by third-party services.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
