Refund Policy
We want customers to evaluate Stream OS before paying. Eligible new workspace owners receive a seven-day free trial. You can cancel renewal at any time.
1. First paid charge
You may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge within seven calendar days of that charge. We may decline requests involving substantial misuse, fraud, repeated refund abuse, or a material violation of the Terms of Service.
2. Renewal charges
A refund request for an automatic renewal must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal charge. Requests made later are normally not refundable because access remains available for the paid period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect. We will investigate with the payment provider. This does not limit any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription by itself does not automatically refund a completed charge.
5. How to request a refund
Use the contact page and include the account username, payment email, charge date, and reason. Do not send full card details, passwords, OAuth tokens, or government identification. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on the merchant of record, card network, and bank.
6. Merchant of record
Payments and refunds may be processed by the merchant of record shown at checkout and on your receipt. Its buyer terms and mandatory legal obligations also apply. Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right takes precedence.
